SwelLCM® Gelled, Swelling, Sealing Agent – Lost Circulation Material
Description:
	SwelLCM is a gelled, swelling, sealing agent used for extreme lost circulation. When placed within the loss zone, SwelLCM will swell and fill fractures and voids creating a solid inner matrix seal.
Mud Types:
	Can be used with all water-based, oil-based, and synthetic-based muds.
Benefits:
	Solves lost circulation problems Eliminates risk of sidetracking hole, (as can occur with cement). Does not contaminate drilling fluid. Very low concentrations required. Initiates backup for E Z Squeeze, cement squeeze or conventional lost circulation material. SwelLCM can be solubilized and cleaned up through acidizing or oxidizing (high alkaline treatment).
Applications:
	Pump ahead of E Z Squeeze or cement job to initiate squeeze backup. Open hole remedial lost circulation pill. Drilling or work over cased hole squeeze for sealing perforations or casing leaks.
Mixing Requirements:
	Clean, isolated mixing tank and /or short-term storage tank (i.e. trip tank). Cement pump unit may be needed for mud weights above 12 ppg or low volume pump rate. Mix in fresh water or drill water.
